Free Shipping on every order! At NationwidePlants.com, we take great care in ensuring that your plants are delivered vibrant and healthy. To protect your plants during transit, we have established the following shipping guidelines:

Shipping Schedule:

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
  • We ship plants to the continental United States, unless otherwise restricted by the USDA.

Shipping Methods:

  • We partner with FedEx to deliver your plants. We have found FedEx to be the most reliable and gentle when delivering trees, plants and shrubs. 

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

Extreme Weather:

  • To ensure plant safety during extreme weather, we may delay shipping if there are conditions such as excessive heat or cold that could harm the plants. 

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Handling time is approximately 1-3 business days, and then an additional 1-4 business days in transit. We do our best to ensure that your plants arrive as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is sent to FedEx
  • For real time tracking, please visit the FedEx order tracking website
  • If you have any tracking questions, our support team is ready to help

Damaged Plants:

  • If you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nationwideplants.com. We may require photos to process your claim. If your plant arrives healthy but isn't thriving we also offer credits and exchanges for the first 30 days.
