From order to doorstep
Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We do our best to get your plants to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping is always free. We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States, shown at checkout.
Protecting plants from heat & cold
To keep your plants safe, we may delay shipping during extreme weather, such as excessive heat or cold that could harm them in transit. We'll ship as soon as conditions are safe.

Covered by our 1 Year Warranty
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, take a photo and contact us with your order number. Every plant is covered for 365 days from delivery.
If your plant arrives damaged, or fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
If your plant doesn't survive between days 31 and 365, we'll replace it for 50% of the current retail price.
