Every gift is covered by our 1 Year Warranty
Coverage starts the day each plant is delivered and runs for 365 days.
If a plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery, we'll send a replacement at no cost.
If a plant doesn't survive between days 31 and 365, we'll replace it for 50% of the current retail price.

Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Tell us how many gifts you need in the quote form and we'll price your order to match.
Can you ship gifts to many different addresses?
Yes. Send us your recipient list and we'll ship each plant directly to its recipient. We can also ship everything to a single office address.
Can each recipient get a different message?
Yes. Use one message for everyone or a personal note for each person. Just add the messages to your recipient list.
Can I mix different plants in one order?
Absolutely. Many companies send desk plants to the team and olive or citrus trees to key clients, all in one order.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days of shipping. For holiday gifts, request your quote early so we can plan delivery around your dates.
What should recipients do when their plant arrives?
Unbox it right away and give it a bright spot. Each plant comes with simple care steps, and our unboxing guide walks through everything.
What if a plant arrives damaged?
Every plant is covered by our 1 Year Warranty. If a plant arrives damaged, we'll replace it for free.
