This website is operated by Nationwide Plants, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Nationwide Plants, LLC. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms referenced herein. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our site.

Guarantee & Warranty

At Nationwide Plants, LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring your plants arrive happy and healthy. Should any issues arise within 365 days of your purchase, please contact our support team. Here's how our warranty works:

  • Alive & Thrive Guarantee: If your plants arrive damaged or fail to thrive within the first year, we will offer a one-time store credit for replacements. We may request photos of the plants to process your claim. Shipping costs and taxes for replacement plants are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Exclusions: Plants purchased for USDA zones outside of their recommended growing range, improper care (under-watering, over-pruning), or damage caused by external factors (severe weather, pests) are not covered by this guarantee.

    Note: Refunds are not provided under the Alive & Thrive Guarantee.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly. Changes or cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed but not shipped, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be made.

If you mistakenly submit a duplicate order, contact us immediately. Orders cannot be edited or combined once the fulfillment process has begun.

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure safe transit. While our estimated shipping dates are over 95% accurate, external factors (such as severe weather) may cause delays. Shipping schedules can be affected by climate conditions, and certain plants may only be shipped during optimal seasons.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Quality and damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Spring & Dormant Shipping: Some plants may arrive in a dormant state depending on the season. Dormancy is essential to the health of certain species, and we cannot process claims for dormant plants until they’ve had adequate time to exit dormancy.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns of live plants or trees to ensure the health of our nursery stock. However, hard goods and garden supplies are eligible for return within 30 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you encounter issues with your plant, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with a one-time store credit for replacements.

Product Information & Growth Rates

We strive to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee exact growth rates, flowering times, or plant characteristics, as these vary based on environmental factors and care.

  • Pot Sizes: Please note that listed pot sizes may differ from conventional gallon measurements. Your plant may also be pruned before shipping to ensure future growth.
  • Growth Rates: Plant growth rates are estimates and can vary significantly depending on care, climate, and local soil conditions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by the laws of the state of [Your State]. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, with both parties agreeing to forego litigation in favor of alternative dispute resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability will not exceed the cost of your original order in any circumstance. We cannot guarantee plant success once they leave our care, as environmental factors beyond our control may impact plant health.
