  • 30 Days of Confidence: Plants are living things, and we’re confident they’ll adapt to their new environment. If you encounter issues with your plant's health within the first 30 days, we’ll work with you to make it right.

If your plants aren’t adjusting as expected, we offer the following solutions:

  • Hassle-Free Replacement: We’ll send you a replacement plant at no additional cost if your original plant doesn’t thrive within the first 30 days.

  • Store Credit: Prefer to try something different, or to try again later? We can issue store credit equal to the value of the affected plant, with free shipping for your next order.

Note: Plants naturally undergo some changes as they adapt to their new surroundings. Leaf drop, slight discoloration, or slight differences in appearance are normal. If you’re unsure whether your plant is experiencing normal acclimation or a health issue, our support team is here to help.

Process for Plant Replacements and Request for Store Credit

  2. Share Photos: Provide clear photos of your plant so we can assess its condition and determine the best course of action.

  3. Resolution: We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or issue store credit to ensure your satisfaction and gardening success.

Special Note for Dormant Plants

Deciduous trees and shrubs purchased during their dormant season (winter or early spring) may arrive without leaves or visible growth. This is completely normal and protects the plant during transit. If you don’t observe signs of life by May 30th, please contact us by June 5th for guidance or a replacement if needed.
