"Easy Exchange Process"
One of my shrubs struggled a bit after planting, but the company has an easy exchange process. We ordered 10 of the fragrant tea olives bushes. We could tell one of them wasn’t doing as well as the others. It might have been a problem with us digging that hole too deep… but they were really nice about it. Heather asked me to send pictures. I was having trouble emailing it so she let me text them to her personal cell phone. We decided on a replacement and they sent a really nice replacement very quickly. Great service!

‘Already Giving Privacy’
The Leyland Cypress trees I bought are already giving me some of the privacy I wanted in my backyard. I ordered the biggest size. The trees break up the direct view so even though they aren’t full size they are giving me some privacy already.
